ideachain is an independent interim management provider specialising in the delivery of work winning and operational logistics best practice for clients operating in the major UK Infrastructure project sector.

The projects we have successfully delivered for our customers have primarily been Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (NSIP) including the London 2012 Olympics, Crossrail, London Underground’s Northern Line Extension and the Thames Tideway Super Sewer. These success of these projects is in part associated with the successful delivery of their detailed logistics requirements. Ideachain has designed, implemented and operated multi-modal logistics solutions for these huge construction projects leaving clients to focus on their core competencies in the detailed construction design and delivery whilst knowing they have the experienced, proven, logistics capability in place to support this.
